Activate Action is a community-based organization that was formed to eradicate stigma among young people living with HIV/AIDs and Disabilities. The youth-led organization started as a youth-friendly SRHR (Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights) group in 2017. MissionTo build a progressive, and sustainable environment for the youth in our community through advocacy, capacity building, and community-based programming. Vision To provide comprehensive and integrated Sexual & Reproductive Health (SRH) education and mental health services with a special focus on youth by exercising life skills training and education for the responsible citizenry.Objective To Build youth and women capacity in public health promotion and advocacy {Creation of mental health awareness, promotion of AYSRH (Adolescent and Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health), nutrition, reduction of incidence of HIV}. To reduce poverty and increase the ability of young people to decide on their reproductive health and rights To advocate for meaningful youth participation in national and county governance and public policy creation.Since inception, both online and physically, we have reached over 5000 young people with information and services on sexual reproductive health including HIV management, contraception, mental health, relationship and life skill including economic empowerment through the youth-friendly center at Makongeni Sub-county hospital
