I founded Adansonia Strategies to leverage my 15+ years' experience in change management, social impact delivery, strategic planning and stakeholder engagement to help BIWOC solopreneurs deliver scalable community-centered businesses. I help my partners with project based consulting to grow their small-businesses to be sustainable, resilient, collaborative and engaging centers of success for the communities and clients they serve through go-to-market strategy, effective stakeholder engagement, focused mission-centered planning, impactful program design, and success-oriented, collaborative leadership development. At Adansonia Strategies, I believe collective power has the capacity to create equitable and sustainable change that allows every single one of us to aspire to our wildest dreams. I pursue projects that reflect this passion, and facilitate the discovery and development of transformational innovative solutions to BIPOC community challenges.
