An experienced strategy and management professional having guided launches and maturation for high-volume and dollar value products in the healthcare, government and banking industries. Mr. Goldman has managed project teams of up to 25 FTEs, and led the development of successful product lines, services and software from scratch or building upon existing structure. He has practice with project management, business process reengineering and SDLC/Agile methodologies. Mr. Goldman is a member of the Virginia State Bar and holds a Project Management Professional certification, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has been trained, with significant experience in implementing CMMI and SAFE Agile/Scrum methodologies. A proven organizational leader with significant experience running Operations and Administration for multiple small businesses, and having managed several large, cross-functional and multi-located customer programs and products simultaneously, supervising multiple direct and indirect reports. Mr. Goldman has led teams of employees, vendors and customer employees in the mortgage/commercial banking, managed care, health IT, mental health, clinical, consulting and service arenas, with all teams achieving high ratings in cost efficiency, schedule efficiency and customer satisfaction. He has developed and established Strategic and Governance plans and methodologies for large and small organizations in the public and private sectors. He has orchestrated organizational and strategic change for both internal and external organizations and developed business process, records and knowledge management recommendations.
