Our vision is to provide a workspace for U.S. Veterans transitioning from a military society to a civilian one.Advantage U.S. Vets plans to purchase a property that one day could become the Roots & Sprouts Farmstead.A.U.V. will focus on common sense training in:- Greenhouse & Field Management- Livestock & Poultry Management- Culinary Arts, Hospitality & Property ManagementA.U.V.'s Roots & Sprouts Farmstead operates on a set of core values that include a holistic approach to both individual and community well-being. Training is our central focus at Advantage U.S. Vets. and we set up our community for success by providing a place that is financially, emotionally, and physically safe for our veterans.A.U.V.'s Roots & Sprouts Farmstead will operate using two year training cycles at three integrated agribusiness work sites. Veterans graduating A.U.V.'s training programs will be prepared to undertake new endeavors in fields suited to their skills and ambitions.
