DEMATCO : With nearly 700 employees active throughout the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Dematco is recognised as a leader in civil engineering and steel construction. Dematco is a preferred partner of international groups investing in the DRC.GCK : The "Grande Cimenterie du Katanga", the largest producer of lime and, in the future of cement, in the Katanga province of the Congo, was founded in July 2011 as a joint venture between Gécamines (the leader in mining and metal production in the Democratic Republic of the Congo) and HMIE (an African Equities affiliate specialised in the development of industrial projects in Katanga). The West China Cement Group became the main shareholder of the company in 2018, alongside the two original shareholders.PULLMAN KINSHASA & LUBUMBASHI : - The Grand Karavia, located on the banks of Lake Kipopo, 20 minutes from the international airport, is a luxury hotel acquired by African Equities in 2009 and operated by the Accor Group.- In 2010, African Equities acquired 50% of the shares of Grands Hôtels du Congo, the owner of the Grand Hôtel de Kinshasa, the largest hotel in the city and an emblem of the hotel industry in the Congolese capital.
