AGHAZ A Step Towards Change is a non-governmental, non-political, non-Profit making organization based at Lasbela (Balochistan, Pakistan) and registered under the Societies Act (XXI Of 1860), vide its Registration No. 2238. This organization is not based on religion, race, color or origin. We are here simply to safeguard humanity. Aghaz Organization is working to reduce the sufferings of deprived and depressed backward inhabitants of Balochistan, with special focus for women rights, youth empowerment, gender equity, standard education, health, and also contributes fisheries and agriculture development and as environmental perspective. AGHAZ A Step Towards Change mediates with participatory approaches and gets involve all stakeholders to make sure of sustainable development and result oriented projects and ensure community ownership through their participation. Thus, our strategic target group is community based small group of marginalized, underprivileged urban and depressed people having potential capabilities and capacity toward acting role of socio-economic development process. Hence, the motto of AHGAZ is "A Step Towards Change." The registration office of the organization is situated in the city of Winder, District Lasbela. Its geographical area for intervention with communities is the generally entire province and particularly coastal belt of Balochistan with focus on rural areas. It's important areas for intervention are District Lasbela, Gwadar and Awaran. The organization has applied for registration with Provincial Disaster Management Authority Balochistan presently.
