Our technology enables continuous run, void-free consolidation, tack and place, pre-consolidation and full consolidation of polymer composites including CFRP, (PEEK, PEK, PAEK), UHMWPE, nylons and aramids. The advancements in ultrasonics that we are deploying open the door to curvilinear 3D shaping, 3D grading and embedding of technologies between layers of composite materials.
