AGUWIB was founded to enable young AGU students to come together with successful role models in the business world, to learn the secrets of business life from them and to start building their networks at university level. Another purpose of the AGUWIB Club is to raise awareness about women's place and rights in business and social life. As AGUWIB, we strive to prepare our school's students, especially female students for the business world, to realize their strength and to defend their rights, thanks to the activities we held during the period. Because we think equality is a crucial concept in every field of life. We believe in the necessity of realizing gender equality in every environment we are/will be in so we always work to ensure this equality. Equality encountered on campus enables and contributes to the development of the thoughts and abilities of female and male students, to be strong, self-confident when they step into the business world after their education life, and most importantly to have the awareness of being equal with the other side in both women and men. We believe that we can break stereotyped prejudices.
