Our program is based on a cognitive behavioral treatment approach that emphasizes individual counseling as well as group therapy.Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evening groups are tailored to meet the working clients' schedule.Group sizes are limited to ensure maximum individual participation.The group focus is broad and emphasizes; Workplace and relationship issues, as well as grief/loss, boundaries, trust, developing coping skills, stress management, self esteem, shame/guilt and mental health issues.Families are encouraged to attend family group nights for crucial learning.
