I work with organisations who help children and families enhance sensory experiences through play. I am an Early Years Consultant with a specialism in early childhood development specifically how the sensory systems affect development.Based on current academic research and evidence on what we now know about neuroscience in the early years, I have developed simple strategies that we can incorporate into daily life, especially through play, to maximise the sensory opportunities we can provide for our little ones. These principles apply to all of us, which is why my programmes have been adapted and work well for adults, to help them understand the impact their own sensory systems and environment has on their own wellbeing.
