We are an established company based in Hertfordshire, England. We offer subcontract manufacturing services at competitive rates and short lead-times, including: • Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assembly. We operate the latest automated machines and source components only from reputable companies in the UK and overseas. We maintain separate lead-free and leaded assembly lines and can offer surface-mount, conventional through-hole and mixed technology assemblies. Including X-ray & AOI inspection. • Wiring Harnesses and Looms. All types of wiring assemblies from complex harnesses for aircraft to simple ribbon cables and earth braids. Our high-speed cut, strip and crimping machines allow us to manufacture quickly and accurately. • Electro-mechanical assemblies. We are involved in all areas of electro-mechanical assemblies including cabinet assembly and wiring, power supplies, instrument panels and a range of box builds. All work is subjected to 100% inspection and is performed in accordance with our ISO9000 and AS9100 approved quality assurance processes.
