Americole invests in non-performing residential Mortgage Backed Notes & REO Properties in the Midwest, South & Southeast United States.Americole buys delinquent mortgages directly from banks and provide homeowners a 2nd chance to save their home from foreclosure by re-writing the mortgage with new terms that "make sense" for the homeowner & Americole and its Investors/Partners.Americole has been vetted by regional banks and hedge funds across the country. These relationships provide access to distressed, real estate assets at very deep discounts.We use Joint Venture Partners to fund these acquisitions. We "work" the investments and restructure them to make them a win-win". The homeowner wins when they can avoid foreclosure and our Joint Venture wins by selling the re-performing assets at a substantial premium.Many of our Joint Venture Partners fund these acquisitions using, IRS sanctioned, Self-Directed IRA funds or funds formerly invested in Certificates of Deposit.We believe that Government can't resolve the housing crisis.
