Any Stage of Healing (ASH) was born after repeatedly discovering that accessible, trauma-specific mental health support and training are extremely difficult to come by. I wanted to expand the type of trauma recovery work that was being done in the neighborhoods of Los Angeles, specifically for trauma workers and survivors of complex trauma and organized crime. ASH's mission is to join with survivors and healers in their own communities to engage in healing, recovery, and empowerment, with the goal of attaining post-traumatic growth and resiliency.
