I fill the gap, acting in the capacity of an 'online employee' representing your business as and when you have the need. I am able to provide assistance either on an ad hoc or retained basis in any of the following areas, to name a few:· Administrative Assistance· Customised Recruitment Services designed to suit your needs and budget· Retained administrative or recruitment services· Administrative or Recruitment Project basis. I am a Recruiter, Administrator, Facilitator, Project Manager and ultimately, an extension to your business, without the fixed monthly costs of a permanent employee. Technology supports my ability to operate remotely from my office in Cape Town, communicating with clients via email, skype and telephonically. I am however available for on-site consultations and meetings where required (within the Cape Town area).
