Panaomics Limited was incorporated in the United Kingdom on October 30th, 2017 and is an early stage company emerging as a leader in the development of Universal Drug Delivery System (UDDS), High-Throughput Electrophysiology Accelerates Drug Discovery and (HTEADD) and Alzheimer & traumatic brain injury Treatments (BRID).Company's management sees a larger opportunity in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors. Some of the company's unique technology which was originally or will be developed for medical and pharmaceutical applications has significant potential for use in future medical and pharmaceutical products. Panaomics is in contact with several large potential corporate partners in Asia, the U.S., and Europe for the joint venturing and/or marketing of these products. Several additional grant applications are in process with academic partners from Berkeley University, Harvard University, University College London. In order to capitalize on the opportunity for rapid growth of our medical and pharmaceutical division, we have prepared this PPM which is intended to fund our projects and begin the development of followings:
