Applied Medical Litigation Informatics, LLC (AMLI) offers nursing long-term care plans (NLCP) for patients who need and require medical care for the duration of their lives, due to a serious injury or chronic illness. Having certified nurse life care planners on staff, we evaluate, develop, and assemble legally binding plans to highlight and identify future medical and non-medical needs, for individuals sustaining catastrophic, complicated injuries, and/or illnesses. We offer NLCP, catastrophic injury cost projections, expert witness, medical record review, home assessment, and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) services to lawyers west of the Mississippi, however can practice in all of the US and Canada. We have years of deep and broad specialty expertise in Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Spinal Cord Injury (SCI), and amputations.AMLI's Principal, Dianna L. Anderson BSN, RN, CRRN, CCM, CNLCP, has in-depth specialty expertise in TBI; served as a care-coordinator on the TBI team at the University of Utah inpatient medical rehabilitation unit for many years. She helped facilitate Grand Rounds for the TBI team at the University of Utah by creating professional continuing education unit (CEU) credits with the appropriate organizations. For many years, she created patient education content on various types of injury sets and is well versed in educating families and patients. Dianna also served as a professional nurse developer helping to educate and train rehabilitation professionals to effectively understand their respective roles and responsibilities in the clinical environment. As a former board member of the Utah Brain Injury Alliance, she served as their nurse planner for CEU creation for their annual conference for three years. Dianna also has similar depth and breadth of experience with SCI and amputations.
