And the choice of the mill responds to them, being our mill one of a few mills who maintain the tradition as a basis for their operation, and technology as a means of preserving and respecting these procedures. It's not coincidentally that in our mill are produced some of the best positioned and respected Extra Virgin Olive Oils from Spain.Without more additive than respect and the waiting, We take care of our centennial olive trees at Els Tagornars.
