ARC Active believes an energy rating for a building is not a complete way to measure or describe a property's sustainable attributes.We have developed software which assesses and certifies the sustainability and liveability performance of a property. We then provide pro-active advice on the most cost effective environmentally responsible improvements that you can make, thereby allowing you to achieve a better quality of life whilst saving money in the short and long term and leveraging the properties unique features.Our aim is to provide industry professionals with a language of sustainability, an auditable benchmark and a ‘decision making' tool.Property Owners benefit by receiving best practice ‘pro-active' advice highlighting the liveability and sustainability attributes of their property. In turn this can provide a ‘green edge' when selling. Buyers or renters also benefit from this knowledge when deciding where to live and what property to buy.With three different levels of consultation we provide a range of services including:- single and multi-residential property assessments, - pro-active sustainable and liveability advice for building, renovating, purchasing the correct property (new or old) - seeking the correct advice for making your sustainable home improvements and - high level custom consultancy, bespoke assessment and reports.
