Arizona Safe Baby Haven Foundation (AZSBH) is a 501(c)(3) organization with the mission of saving unwanted newborns through public education and awareness of the Arizona state law that was passed in 2001 (A.R.S. 13-3623). This law provides unwanted newborns a Safe Haven at any Fire Station, Hospital or designated church, county health department or adoption agency. By raising awareness and providing support for a birth-mother in crisis or parents that are unwilling or unable to care for a newborn, AZSBH saves babies from tragic and unfortunate outcomes that may include neglect, abuse and even death.
