Centered in the heart of Fayeteville, Arkansas, the Arkansas Yoga and Therapy Center offers nearly 40 yoga classes per week and a complete, in-depth yoga teacher training program. Educating yoga students and graduating quality yoga teachers has been our passion and commitment for more than two decades. At AYC, you will be given the tools to pursue your yoga journey with confidence. In addition to our yoga classes, we also offer T'ai Chi and Mindful Meditation.The Arkansas Yoga Center is a certified Yoga Alliance School and owner Andrea Fournet is also certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists. We've been named the Best Yoga Studio in Northwest Arkansas by the readers of CitiScape Metro magazine 13 years in a row.
