Art by Jenny Hinkle was originally called, Cute as a Button. I started painting in late 2005. It was as much as a surprise to me as to those around me. I never knew I could paint! God has a funny sense of humor sometimes! :)My painting has always been God centered. I feel like it's His gift and I get to use it for Him. I have gotten to paint hundreds of pieces of art and through it met so many awesome people! I love to see their faces when they receive the art. It's one of my most favorite things!I love the way art inspires me and in turn that passion inspires others. Over the last 10 plus years (wow!!!) I have painted on almost anything, gotten to illustrate a few books and been a part of many fundraising events. My hope is that my art inspires hope and a connection to that something deeper inside of all of us to dream a bigger dream. In my life, what felt like nothing but brokenness has been replaced with so much beauty. Art has been a vehicle for that. For those moms that stay at home desiring to be creative, go for it! Dare to dream and work hard to make it happen. You can do it! Nothing is impossible and the adventure will have many rewards! Let your passion lead the way! :)
