The mission of AWEBA is to empower Asian-American women in business through engagement, development and innovation. We assist Asian-American women who experience cultural and linguistic barriers, in addition to having to navigate complex systems in order to do business in the City. We involve engaging community partners who have an invested interest in promoting and protecting women's rights to equal job opportunities.Our alliance of strong, business-minded Asian-American women assist and empowers other women through a common understanding of cultural issues, provide information on how to grow a business and effectively utilize available resources in our community.
