Ateljee is a children's unisex clothing label based in San Francisco.Ateljee make more sustainable clothing for babies and children, 0 – 9 years. It brings together Californian cool with Scandinavian design creating a collection to clothe boys and girls, free from gender stereotypes and full of fuel for the imagination. The collection contains a series of simple shapes – t-shirts, dresses, sweatpants, cardigans, sweatshirts, leggings, hoodies, jumpsuits, bodies, even blankets – in a number of hand-drawn designs. Ateljee use high quality, mostly organic materials. California and Europe meet again in production, with fabrics printed in Europe for the best digital printing quality and garments sewn locally in California. Most items are made from GOTS-certified organic cotton jersey fabric, with a few pima cotton items knitted in Peru and bamboo items completing the line up. Ateljee pride themselves on taking the most comfortable and highest quality fabrics and combining them with the sharpest printing technologies. They strive for sustainability and transparency and most of all to bring a bit of joy to daily life.
