Canadian Mortgage Capital Corporation - The Manager Atrium was founded and is exclusively managed by Canadian Mortgage Capital Corporation ("CMCC"), a major mortgage brokerage company based in downtown Toronto, with offices in Vancouver and Calgary. CMCC has approximately $1.6 billion of assets under management, and manages a variety of lending platforms for public and private investors, including institutional investors. These platforms traverse the full risk spectrum, from low-risk institutional mortgage funds to higher-risk mezzanine and equity funds. Our responsibilities include origination, underwriting, portfolio management and servicing of these portfolios.
