Auroch is a group of junior developer friends who are eager to develop software they believe in, together, following best practices and enjoying the process. The group was founded by Afonso Escudeiro, Beatriz Pires, Luís Azevedo, and Luís Ferreira, soon growing with the arrival of Filipe António, creating a group who shares the following team goals:▸ Acquire development and business experience in the real world;▸ Remain a united group while becoming more professional;▸ Grow and evolve jointly, learning from each other in a relaxed, yet committed, environment;▸ Consistently work towards clear goals;▸ Follow good development practices;▸ Learn and try with new technologies, producing and sharing knowledge;▸ Generate and add value to the world.Any additional measurement of success must be considered as a bonus and, above all, we shall consider Einstein's advice: "Try not to become a man of success.
