An organization of professional women, Aya, Inc. seeks to prepare young women of color to "lean in" to their professional endeavors. Through mentorship, entrepreneurship and leadership, women of Aya, Inc. are empowered to soar. Our inter-generational approach links young professionals with college students, and those same college students to high school students. This model for mentorship coupled with specialized workshops generates a cycle of women who lift as they climb to become the successful women that are missing in today's leadership landscape.
