We focus together on setting SMART goals; Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound. We take an integrative approach to living well; one that looks at everything taken into the body, mind and spirit and expended out. We examine each individual's nutrition, movement, stress management, and support systems. We determine one's readiness to change, belief in the ability to succeed, identify environmental barriers and opportunities, then together - we build a strategic health plan that minimizes challenges and leverages strengths.
