Food Production - Eskilstuna, Sodermanland County, Sweden
Bakeriet is a small family business that bakes crostinis, graham rusks, biscottis and spelt gingerbread biscuits of the highest quality outside Eskilstuna in the Swedish province of Sörmland. The first rusk was produced in 2001 on the basis of an idea that had taken shape over several years. The enterprising founder Anette Kruse, together with her daughters Helene and Betina as well as a few other employees, now produce rusks and spelt gingerbread biscuits of consistently high quality. Great care is taken in the production process and high demands are made on hygiene. Product development is continuous, with a focus on taste and consistency as well as content. The ingredients are of very high quality and as far as possible sourced in Sweden.
