Band of Leaders provides a venue for the students of higher education to develop in leadership while they further advance their leadership skills. Band of Leaders will work within the community as an agent of initiative and growth for student leaders so that they may grow to be strong leaders in the future. This organization has its devotion to God, commitment to leadership development and emphasis on the student. The organization operates by professional leaders, with a Christian worldview. Band of Leaders promotes a strong work ethic and positive thinking through collegiate campus activities and community support. It is the goal of the founding members of this organization to equip the students and participants of Band of Leaders with leadership principles that will build a more polished leader ready to engage the world; in doing so students will have a working knowledge and understanding of how to lead in their world. Students will learn core leadership principles that will be taught to them by well trained, well experienced, and cultured leaders in our society.
