BRYC is an international organization uniting young people within the Barents region, focusing on creating a stable network and realizing projects.The council was established in February 2004. The main goal of BRYC is to promote the idea of living in the high north as a unique opportunity for young people to express themselves. "Our core values are tolerance, cooperation, reliability, justice and love, as a basis of everything we do!" The council consists of one representative from our 13 member counties in the northernmost parts of Finland, Norway and Sweden and north-west Russia as well as a representative of the indigenous peoples.
