Barkley Project Group Ltd. is an experienced team of project management consultants who provide capacity and technical services to support the planning, permitting, construction and operations of clean energy projects. Barkley Group specializes in hydropower project development, and has provided technical and management to more than forty independent hydropower development projects in British Columbia, including several First Nations community owned hydropower projects. Our management services span the range of project development stages, from initial energy resource inventories, to feasibility assessment, business planning, regulatory permitting, financing, construction and operations. Barkley Group's role on any given project depends on the needs of the clients and organizations we work with. Some of our clients look to us for management capacity to build the technical teams and provide overall management for all stages of project development. Other clients who have clean energy project management capacity and experience have retained Barkley Group for feasibilty and economic assessment, planning, regulatory permitting and support of construction and operations.
