Software - Fremont, CA, US
BASEHacks is a high school hackathon in the Bay Area which allows students to solve problems they often face, like stress and budget management. This is the 3rd annual BASEHacks, and we are expecting more than 150 people. We are hosted as a nonprofit by Code for Fun, and we are partnered with Hack Club and Hacker Fund. We will be hosting the event at School 42 in Fremont, CA (6600 Dumbarton Circle, Fremont, CA 94555) from September 22nd to 23rd, 2018.Last year, all of the attendees created some great projects, and we announced six winners with awesome products. You can see the winners and the projects of our attendees here: https://bit.ly/2Ji7YDd. We are hoping to grow our hackathon to accommodate and welcome even more people and even more great projects this year, and we need your help. Our hackathon encourages the next generation of hackers and coders, and our mission is to inspire students of all academic backgrounds to participate with our education-themed hacking experience.
