The LIFT Program teaches students & employees the importance of integrity & ethics and how both of those concepts affect them right now & in their futures.The workshop and project-based learning curriculum offer an introduction to business ethics as well as personal character lessons. These lessons focus on topics like responsibility, character, values, and development. The LIFT Certificate is offered to individuals who complete all aspects of the LIFT program, demonstrate knowledge of ethical standards for the workplace and have signed the LIFT Commitment to Conduct.
