Business Excellence Consulting Group (BECG) is a well-known Iranian management consulting organization and adviser which aims to develop and share management experience in Iran. In its nearly 2 decades of professional activity, BECG has collaborated with more than 200 Iranian and foreign organization in the fields of Strategic Management (BSC approach), Strategic Planning and Balanced Strategy management (BSM), Customer Satisfaction Measurement (CSM), Performance Evaluation Management (PAEM), Self-Assessment with EFQM model, Employee Satisfaction Measurement (ESM), Marketing and Sales Strategy, Organizational Culture Management and Employee Development Systems (EDS), Implementation of evaluation and development centers (A & DC) and Leadership Development and Organizational Coaching programs (LDS) .
