OUR FACILITY Our modern facility is a free standing, state-of-the-art, multi specialty ambulatory surgery center (ASC) uniquely built and designed as an outpatient surgery center. Boasting 25,000 square feet and 4 state-of-the-art surgical suites to service Chicago's northwest side residents, away from the congestion of downtown. Convenient first floor access and front door parking is always free for patients and their families. Our specially trained, high skilled surgeons are credentialed by our center, and use the most advanced surgical tools available. Our multi-generational staff provides clinical excellence and the highest level of professional patient care. We continually enhance the quality outcome for patients, physicians and staff. Belmont Harlem Surgery Center is licensed and regulated by the Illinois Department of Public Health and accredited by the Joint Commission. Belmont Harlem Surgery Center is a physician-owned joint venture with Presence Health Care.
