With a background that includes more than 25 years of sales and customer service, he brings real-world experience to every presentation. An Everything DiSC® certified trainer, Bruce specializes in working with organizations to help them improve internal relationships and communication through an understanding of individual behavior styles while recognizing and appreciating the differences in the various styles. As a certified Book Yourself Solid® Coach and Speaker, he works with service businesses to increase their revenues, using a structured system based on core philosophical and practical principles. With over 15 years of involvement in the Dale Carnegie Course, Bruce brings extensive human relations and communications skills to the table.
