Founded in 2015, Bhopal Runners is a not for profit society established with an aim to promote running and related activities as a way of life. The mission of Bhopal Runners is to make running as the most preferred form of fitness activity. A young organization, Bhopal Runners has grown strong, its members being from all age groups and walks of life. The Organization started its first running club at Char Imli locality in Bhopal and has since conducted regular runs on weekdays and long run on weekends.Bhopal Runners intends to have as many running boroughs as required for an equitable geographical spread in the city of Bhopal in near future. In addition, Bhopal Runners conducts training sessions, cross training clinics and workshop on injury free running, nutrition, physical and mental fitness and helps its members in choosing the right gear. Bhopal Runners has established running clubs in prominent schools and colleges in Bhopal as a part of its school and college running programme to popularize the event of running and related activities in youth. We at Bhopal runners have has strong emphasis on carrying out social responsibilities. BR is committed to strengthen the nexus between de addiction of tobacco and other habit forming substances, gender, environmental issues & other social issues in association with Government agencies and civil societies. The flagship event of Bhopal Runners is Run Bhopal Run (RBR), the inaugural of which was held on 6th December, 2015.
