The HealthDiary Electronic Data Capture (EDC), electronic Patient Reported Outcomes (ePRO) and Patient Registry platform is cloud based and designed to collect data, manage, and monitor multi-centre, multi-language studies. HealthDiary collects data from study centres and directly from patients via electronic patient diaries to have it available instantly in a cloud-based Clinical Data Management System (CDMS) where you can manage your study end-to-end. Our Services Electronic Patient Diaries Electronic Patient Reported Outcomes (ePROs), commonly known as Patient Diaries and electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments (eCOA) are designed to engage patients to submit time sensitive health information. Through careful patient diary design, we consistently achieve patient diary compliance rates of above 95%. Electronic Data Capture (EDC) Electronic Data Capture makes the collected data instantly available for reporting and analysis, so researchers to be proactive and resolve any potential issues before they affect the study outcome. HealthDiary EDC provides a system to collect data from study centres and directly from patients via electronic patient diaries, manage subjects, monitor safety and compliance, manage the data and monitor the study. Patient Registries HealthDairy Patient Registries provide a long-term solution for patient monitoring and outcomes assessment, most commonly used for post-marketing surveillance of pharmaceuticals and treatment procedures, as well as chronic disease monitoring. The system is web-based, using Tablets and Patient APPs to easily capture, store and analyze diagnosis, treatment and demographic data. About HealthDiary Our first project was in 2003 utilizing an asthma monitoring diary in collaboration with McMaster University in Hamilton, ON, and organization that is a client to this day. At present, HealthDiary has a global presence, having been used on every continent and in nearly every language.
