Through careful patient diary design, we consistently achieve patient diary compliance rates of above 95%. Electronic Data Capture (EDC) Electronic Data Capture makes the collected data instantly available for reporting and analysis, so researchers to be proactive and resolve any potential issues before they affect the study outcome. HealthDiary EDC provides a system to collect data from study centres and directly from patients via electronic patient diaries, manage subjects, monitor safety and compliance, manage the data and monitor the study. Patient Registries HealthDairy Patient Registries provide a long-term solution for patient monitoring and outcomes assessment, most commonly used for post-marketing surveillance of pharmaceuticals and treatment procedures, as well as chronic disease monitoring.
