Bleyd identifies allergens from restaurant dishes based on a user's profile and a restaurant's ingredients input.The restaurant's interface allows for the intuitive addition of all components of a dish, permitting elimination and/or substitution if possible.The diner/end-user establishes a profile and selects allergens and irritants. The user's profile parameters are queried against the restaurant's data to generate a customized menu.
