Bleyd identifies allergens from restaurant dishes based on a user's profile and a restaurant's ingredients input.The restaurant's interface allows for the intuitive addition of all components of a dish, permitting elimination and/or substitution if possible.The diner/end-user establishes a profile and selects allergens and irritants. The user's profile parameters are queried against the restaurant's data to generate a customized menu. Dishes color-coded "green" are deemed safe; dishes color-coded "yellow" suggest an elimination or substitution to comply with the user's profile; and dishes color-coded "red" are regarded as unsafe.Not only does Bleyd act as a allergen/irritant identifier, but it also serves as a discreet dietary companion for a variety of preferences such as vegan, Kosher, low-salt, etc., ensuring that compliance is met with confidentiality.Bleyd offers an unprecedented granularity and transparency of ingredients, while protecting the restaurant's trade secrets.
