Bloom Initiative Details
The Bloom Initiative's mission is to allow members of civil society to connect with a network of trusted development partners in a fully transparent and highly efficient manner. In order to limit the amount of time and resources that are wasted in transaction costs, intermediary and agency fees, and corruption, we have decided to create a free-to use online platform that is intuitive and comprehensive. Our impact-oriented development model focuses on sustainably improving the lives of disadvantaged children: Allowing the seeds of change to grow is the quintessential tool in ensuring that these children will bloom into self-empowered actors. The Bloom Initiative was created by students of McGill University, in Montreal, Canada. Our position as international students in a world-class city has allowed us to reach out to individuals of all nationalities and backgrounds, and our community of users is growing everyday!
