Based on our years of global experience, we have a particular passion for helping companies who want to grow globally.Leslie Bublin leads the marketing and communications practice. She has deep roots in brand strategy and positioning followed by developing end-to-end integrated marketing and communications plans--strategy through execution. She is a data-driven problem solver who utilizes digital and traditional tools to create world-class customer experiences that drive growth.Penny Harrold leads the human resources practice. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP®) and has deep roots in HR strategy and operations, leadership development and coaching, talent acquisition and management, and learning and development. She is passionate about driving change through maximizing peoples' performance and an organization's culture to disrupt "business as usual" and positively impact bottom-line results. Both Leslie and Penny share a strong background in corporate strategy—a common skillset and passion that brought them together in this consultancy. After many years of combined experience working for and learning from such forward-thinking companies as General Motors and Accenture, the two joined forces to guide senior leaders through their vision, strategy and execution of highly complex, global initiatives.
