Blueforest Environmental Development (BlueforestED) provides services in the field of brownfield redevelopment, waste auditing, and remediation management with particular focus on sustainable soil and groundwater remediation solutions. We provide the following services: * Sensitivity assessment- review already completed environmental assessment reports to determine information deficiency and provide recommendations on where further investigation activities are warranted.* Regulatory assessment – Highlight regulatory mandates that will need to be followed depending on the work being completed.* Site assessment- complete in-depth visual site audits, conduct interviews with knowledgeable stakeholders, and carryout research on the property to determine information gaps and/or data inconsistencies to highlight where further investigation is needed.* Risk assessment/ due diligence- determine potential environmental risks and provide recommendations on what further investigations/ preventative measures are required.* Remediation feasibility assessment- Provide a combination of different remediation solutions based on site characteristics and contamination extent, type and level.* Design, build and operate- based on the remediation feasibility assessment a site-specific remediation solution will be designed, built, implemented and operated at the site.* Waste audits- Complete waste audits and waste reduction work plans that provide reduction strategies as well as meet regulatory reporting requirement
