Breathwork is a dynamic mind-body technique that gives us access to the deeper layers of our nervous system and physiology. Using specific breathing techniques we are able to bypass the mind, quiet the mental chatter and achieve a state of optimal physical, emotional and psychological balance. A breathing workshop is a time efficient way to energise employees and give them techniques to deal successfully with stress. Awareness of the breath provides employees with a real time tool to monitor and adjust their internal state, allowing them to reduce stress and anxiety, increase energy, improve focus and concentration, and find balance. In addition to providing employees with the tools to self regulate, a group breathing session is also an extremely effective way to strengthen the connection between team members. When a group breathes together, with intention, they come to the same page, assisting with decision making, problem solving, and planning.
