Using a beautiful wood-fired oven crafted by William Davenport, Jud Smith bakes bread for local farmers' markets out of Brimfield, Ohio. Hand-mixed, -divided and -shaped, this micro-bakery's bread is full of love and amazing flavor. We use organic and local ingredients as much as possible and bake the breads directly on the stone hearth of our wood-fired oven.
