Working off of and out of our homestead in Gerrardstown, WV, we are a newly formed limited liability company operating in the Health, Wellness and Fitness sector keeping Mind, Body, Spirit at the forefront of our core message. We utilize natural preventative methods and remedies, personal empowerment and spiritual well-being to guide our personal pursuit to happiness and openly share our personal opinions and/or validated findings to those who are willing to listen and perhaps are seeking to reconnect with Mother Earth.
