The primary objective of Bulanda & Mucha Architects (BIM) in the design process is to consider the future form (structure) of the work and its location in the historical and cultural identity. Drawing on the tradition we are trying to discover the past for the future. We are aware of the responsibilities and consequences of the creation of new objects and their impact on the environment in which they coexist. BIM specializes in concrete problems - we begin our work from its analysis. Starting from the complex structures of historical sites, the revitalization of historic monuments. We give them a new character, while reviving the old spirit. We carefully develop a design drawings, development plans, homes and estates, office buildings, the spaces of culture and art, as well as interior designs. Every time we pay special attention to monitoring of the implementation stage, looking for the same universal values that accompany the early phases of concept development and design.Our clients are individuals, large firms and corporations, as well as cities and municipalities; all with their own needs, financial constraints and expectations.We want to be partners with our customers, however, requiring a proper awareness and responsibilities as an investor. We design for people who know the realities of construction and who are respectful of the architectural workshop.
