BURN pilates is a 55 minute dynamic fitness class consisting of pilates springs and custom-made resistance bands designed to tone and lengthen the entire body. The studio offers a 14-16 person maximum enabling instructors to provide hands on assists, modifications and safety for people of all ages, gender, and size. At BURN classes are designed to lengthen and tone, torch calories and increase endurance.
