Research - Manchester, England, United Kingdom
The Cancer Research UK Manchester Centre was created in 2015 following the award of Major Centre status by Cancer Research UK.The Centre benefits from the strong partnership between The University of Manchester, Cancer Research UK and The Christie NHS Foundation Trust. By bringing together doctors and biologists, physicists and chemists, statisticians and computer scientists, nurses and technicians, we see the multidisciplinary approach that is essential for progress in cancer research. The establishment of the Cancer Research UK Manchester Centre recognises the strength of that collaboration and the potential to dramatically improve treatment for cancer patients.
