Cantine Antigori was founded in 2015 with the purchase of land in the locality of Su Spantu "Sigh", in Capoterra. The vineyard, planted in 2008 by Giacomo Tachis, father of Italian Enology, produces unmistakable wines, all organic. The vineyard thrives thanks to the benefits of the sea, protected to the northwest by the mountains helpful on creating a barrier to the mistral wind. All around cork oaks, arbutus, myrtle trees and carob trees contribute to form the Sardinian character of the wines of the Antigori cellars.
